Your television installation requires a license (17.2) from the RBQ. (It's important to always validate the licence of any contractor. Only those who hold this license can install your television in compliance with the standards and without risk of danger. This also gives you the only protection available, a caution, should the installation work not be carried out properly. Just confirming that the contractor is insured does not offer you any guarantee.
